Project Description:

The project included technical assistance process split in three components: preparation of ISPA application for WWTPs in Pazardjik, Blagoevgrad and Razlog.

The activities carried out throughout project included:

  • Collection and review of existing information for the three municipalities;
  • Review and updating of the feasibility study to EU standards;
  • Financial and socio-economic analysis;
  • Updating of environmental impact assessment;
  • Preparation of ISPA application;
  • Preparation of CBC Project Fiche for Razlog;
  • Preliminary engineering and design, including technical specifications, bill of quantities and implementation time schedule;
  • Procurement documentation according to FIDIC tendering procedures.
