The project included complete engineering services for “As Termal” Commercial Centre (First floor: big supermarket; Second floor: small and medium shops) at a total built surface of 54,200 sq.m., which included:

  • Integrated management of the project and construction works;
  • Direction and coordination of the construction works;
  • Supervision of the construction works;
  • Coordination of health and security;
  • Approval of plans for health and security.

The overall construction costs were € 30,000,000
