Project Description:
The project included construction of 309 houses, commercial and parking areas near the Olympic Village in Barcelona. The promotion was developed in two project units, comprising the basement, ground floor and 5 stories (constructed surface: 47,360 sq.m for housing and 20,598 sq.m for commercial and office use).
Activities carried out throughout the project included:
- Direction, coordination and supervision of the construction works;
- Project management;
- Works direction and coordination;
- Security and health studies;
- Contracting and purchasing management;
- Quality assessment.
