A new state-of-the-art clinic for infectious diseases and dermatovenerology at the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) is officially opened. With a total investment exceeding €9 million, the project represents a significant milestone in healthcare infrastructure development in the region.

The majority of the funding was provided through IPA funds from the European Union (EU), underscoring the EU’s commitment to improving healthcare standards in Montenegro.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract is part of is the protection and treatment of population against infectious diseases. The purposes of this contract were as follows:

  1. To provide site supervision and contract management services (as the Engineer) for the Works Contract to be executed under Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, Second Edition 2017, (Red FIDIC Book).
  2. To establish an efficient supervision organisation, where relevant knowledge on systems, procedures and routines within construction management and supervision of works are transferred to all involved parties.
