Project Description:

The project comprised of detailed engineering services for the “Cardiovascular Research Center”, which included the preliminary and detailed design of the building. Total built surface included 24,000 sq.mt., surface of common areas, 6,500 sq.mt., and surface of laboratories 11,200 sq.mt.

Activities carried out included elaboration of detailed engineering projects (Preliminary and Detailed Design) for:

  • General buildings and facilities;
  • Meeting rooms, auditorium and library;
  • Sanitary premises;
  • Laboratories;
  • Restaurant;
  • Animal storage rooms and clean sites;
  • Supervision of projects and works for the architecture and structures plans;
  • Quality assurance.
