Project Description:

The Government of the Basque County together with the municipality of Vitoria agreed to finance the project for the rehabilitation of the WWTP of Crispijana and carry out the necessary upgrades to comply with the EU Directives on urban wastewaters, improve the water quality discharged to the Zadorra River and implement the Local Agenda 21 objectives.

Activities carried out throughout the project included:

  • Preparation of the Preliminary Designs;
  • Detailed Designs, review of the specifications, methods of measurements, bill of quantities;
  • Preparation of Tender Documents for Works contract;
  • Works supervision acting as the Engineer and following FIDIC type conditions of contract; and
  • Quality control and works management.
