Project Description:

The project objective was to assure the building of the Congress and Convention Centre of the Region la Rioja by means of quality design, tendering for the works, and assurance of the quality, time and budget.

The project design and construction included:

  • The Auditorium designed for 1,200 people;
  • The Congress Centre designed for 1,300 people;
  • Meeting halls, expositions, restaurants, offices, landscaping of the building surrounding area.

Activities carried out within the project:

  • Preliminary and detailed design;
  • Architecture;
  • Budget and timing management;
  • Timing and investment planning;
  • Tendering for selection of the Contractors;
  • Acquisition supervision;
  • Works supervision acting as the Engineer (under conditions similar to FIDIC RED);
  • Quality control and inspection.
