Project Description:

The project aimed to create a database of private water resources according to requirements of the Law 1/2001 (transposition of Directive 2000/60/EC).

Activities:

• Solving the accumulation of non-processed applications and files in the various procedural phases for introduction into Section C of the Water Register or the Register of Private Waters, as well as the incidents which occured during processing of the procedures such as changes of user rights or administrative resources;
• Inserting the information accumulated during the proceeding into an information system (POND programme or ALBERCA) to be used for managing the Hydraulic Public Domain and for hydrological planning.
