Project Description:

The main objectives of the project were definition, implementation and execution of Supervision Plan of Works Quality Insurance, geometrical, qualitative and quantitative control of the works, as well as programming and consultancy monitoring related to specific works subjects.

Types of services provided within the project included:

  • Technical assistance of works direction;
  • Environmental impact assessment;
  • Supervision and Monitoring and Development of Insurance Plan of Contractor Quality;
  • Measurements;
  • Topographical control;
  • Materials and execution reports;
  • Day-to-day construction supervision (in accordance with FIDIC Similar Conditions of Contract);
  • Backstopping and supervision.
